       Recently, the "First China Dual Carbon Technology Conference" hosted by the China Society for Materials Research was held in Jinan, Shandong. The conference took the opportunity of material transformation and upgrading to focus on solving China's "dual carbon" emission reduction targets and core key technologies in key industries. Chen Qiuhua, Vice President of Goldwind Technology, attended the conference's Wind Energy Forum and shared the "Exploration of Wind Power Technology Innovation towards Dual Carbon Goals".

      Chen Qiuhua pointed out: Under the 'dual carbon' goal, the development and utilization scope of wind energy resources in China continues to expand, and the development of resources in the 'Sago Wasteland' and Southeast regions has become an important trend. In response to development needs, the trend of large-scale units is obvious. In terms of impeller diameter, it has reached the 200 meter level on land and the 250 meter level at sea by 2022. Currently, the largest impeller diameter under research on land is over 230 meters, and it is over 260 meters at sea. The large-scale and lightweight blades Quantification has put forward new requirements for material innovation and stricter regulations for transportation. There is an urgent need for collaborative innovation across the entire industry chain from the material end to achieve breakthroughs in core key technologies.
