On June 28, 2023, Tian Qingjun, Senior Vice President of Vision Group, delivered a speech at the 8th Global Offshore Wind Power Conference. He pointed out that after more than ten years of development, China's offshore wind power is entering a critical turning point. Coastal cities represented by Tangshan, by establishing a zero carbon park for the entire offshore wind power industry chain and combining it with local industries, are expected to use green electricity to leverage the green industrial revolution, drive the gradual decarbonization of the entire industry, and become a new engine for a zero carbon new industrial system.
