Recently, the first batch of special fund awards for renewable energy and new energy development in Shanghai in 2023 (draft) was announced. Among them, the reward standard for the Fengxian offshore wind power project in Pudong District is 0.1 yuan/kWh, and the installed capacity of the project is 206.4MW. The project unit is Shanghai Haiwan Xinneng Wind Power Co., Ltd.
