4Line 8Axle Wind Turbine Blade Lifter
Carrist wind turbine blade lifter refers to a wind blade transport vehicle equipped with a hydraulic lifting device, mainly aimed at the problem of wind blade transportation in mountainous areas. When the road is straight, the wind blade is transported horizontally. When encountering extremely small turning radii in mountainous areas, the lifting device is used to rotate the wind blades and shorten the length of the entire vehicle to bypass obstacles and pass through the curve.
In recent years, the construction of wind farms in mountainous areas has been carried out on a large scale, with significant deviations in road transportation conditions compared to other onshore wind farms, and the construction cost has significantly increased. Mountain wind farms are generally located in remote areas, with scattered wind turbines and poor terrain conditions, and the vast majority of their locations require new roads to connect. On the one hand, there is often a lack of sufficient investigation of external road transportation conditions during the site selection stage of wind farms. On the other hand, in order to shorten the construction period, newly built roads on site are often designed and constructed before the procurement of wind turbine equipment, resulting in actual wind turbine parameters exceeding the design input after the procurement of wind turbines, which leaves certain hidden dangers for the smooth transportation of wind turbine equipment in the later stage. Therefore, before the wind turbine equipment is shipped, the transportation company must conduct a detailed survey of the transportation route to determine the transportation route, select vehicle models, and take road renovation measures.
